To provide an even deeper level of information, we partnered with Jane Houlihan of the Environmental Working Group and pediatrician and author Dr. Alan Greene. They joined our own Courtney Loveman to present a lively, educational forum for over 200 parents and caregivers at the Boston Children’s Museum. The panel discussion focused on the long-term impacts of industrial chemicals on our children, the importance of consumer product ingredient disclosure, and the need for improved legislation. A compelling webcast of the evening is available at go/childrenchemicals. Participants were also encouraged to show their support for the Kid Safe Chemicals Act. This essential piece of legislation still needs our help. Learn more and sign the petition at www.ewg.org/kidsafe.
